In the event of an EMERGENCY,  we have two local veterinary emergency hospitals. MedVet is located in Asheville, NC, and Western Carolina Veterinary Emergency Hospital is located in Flat Rock, NC. Both provide 24-hour emergency care 7 days a week. We recommend calling them prior to arrival.
